Why We’re Doing It

This challenge isn’t just about body fat — it’s about showing people that small, consistent changes can lead to big results.

But it’s also about giving back.

At the end of the 30 days, the loser will donate £500 to the winner’s chosen charity — two incredible local causes that mean a lot to both of us:

  • Kris is supporting Prospect Hospice, a vital charity offering end-of-life care and support to families across Swindon and North Wiltshire. You can donate too, on this page.

  • Joe is supporting Wiltshire Air Ambulance, who provide lifesaving emergency medical support by air and on the ground across the region.

Whether it's your health or your community, we believe in looking after what matters most. And if it means one of us ends up in a silly costume at Great Western Hospital — it’s worth every drop of sweat.

What’s at Stake?

It wouldn’t be a challenge without consequences...

The loser must:
💸 Donate £500 to a charity of the winner’s choice
🧸 Dress up as a children’s character and spend a day entertaining kids at Great Western Hospital, where Joe’s wife works in the children’s ward.

The stakes are high, the smoothies are cold, and the sweat is real.

What’s the Plan?

Kris and Joe’s daily routine includes:

  • ✅ A plant-based protein smoothie

  • ✅ Regular workouts at David Lloyd Swindon (weights, cardio, HIIT, and recovery)
