Lindsay Andrews

Through years of practice, study and experiencing the benefits yoga has to offer, I realised it was something I wanted to share. I completed my initial training in India in 2015. Since then I have been blessed with the opportunity to combine my passion for teaching and traveling. This has so far allowed me to teach in India, Mexico and throughout Europe. I am really excited to join the Juice Hideaway team this year.

I will be leading two classes a day. The morning will start with an energising flow class to help awaken both the body and mind. The class will focus on linking breath with movement, targeting strength, balance and assisting the body to detoxify. Each evening will have a more slow paced
restorative practice. This class will allow you to turn inwards creating a deep sense of relaxation. A more introspective practice aimed at calming and healing the body mind and soul.
