The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
Name, Address, Email address , Mobile number
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Placing an order through the website
Signing up to our digital loyalty card
We use the information that you have given us in order to process your card order, process subscription payments, email card members with newsletters (for those that opt in).
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@thecorejuicery.com
Loyalty card terms and conditions (also displayed on back of pass)
Collect stamps each time you visit The Core and spend over £10. Staff redeem stamps against purchases on the till app. Customer must be present to collect stamps. Only one stamp can be given in a 24 hour period, and one stamp per order. Your loyalty pass will refresh back to 0 stamps after you've collected your free bowl. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If you remove the pass from your device you will not be able to re-add it.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the Squarespace Cloud. We keep name, address, email.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
