Our retreat weeks focus the body on not only an effective juice cleanse and detox, living on the finest freshly extracted juices and smoothies, but also incorporating raw meals using all plant based foods. Guests will have a raw breakfast, a delicious juice, an avocado smoothie and an evening raw meal per day. It's is the best combination of food and juice and one that Kris advocates on a daily basis.

THE RAW FOOD

All prepared by our amazing food team, the raw food meals will be served up in between the juices and smoothies.  Amazing raw versions on classic dishes like raw pesto pasta, pad thai and raw vegan sushi.
